Kirkcolm 

From Portpatrick, drive through Stranraer (the Old Port Rd is an interesting alternative to the A77) and head north up Loch Ryan past Stranraer Golf Course, and go right at the roundabout until you reach a car park just before the village  of Kirkcolm.
